Marketing Monday Tip
Too many people I’ve met try to “set and forget” their marketing. Unfortunately that’s the fastest path to disaster. Marketing is an organic, ever-changing piece of your business (which is one of the reasons Marketing Monday’s are so important).
To help me stay on top of my business and continue making progress towards my goals I take a company snapshot at the end of each quarter and use that time to review where everything stands from web stats to social media results to sales. Today’s Marketing Monday video explains more.
